NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The person listed below, having qualified as Administratrix of the Estate of Eric Von Dunbar hereby notifies all persons having claims against the Estate of Eric Von Dunbar, to present them to the Administratrix as listed below on or before the 9th day of June, 2023, or this Notice will be pleaded in bar of recovery. All persons indebted to the estate or in possession of any property of the estate will please make immediate payment or delivery to the Administratrix.
