TAKE NOTICE, this is to notify all persons, firms, corporations having claims against the Estate of Evelyn Elizabeth Thomas to present such claims to the Executor of the Estate, Jessica Hardison, 1503 Hilltop Drive, Chesapeake, Virginia 23322 and Philip P. Godwin, Jr., Attorney at P. O. Box 44, Gatesville, NC 27938 on or before the 16th day of June, 2023, or notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery. All persons indebted to the estate will please make immediate payment.
