The Hertford County Board of Education has issued an RFP #1-2023 for Guaranteed Energy Savings (Performance) contracting services. The following Issuing Officer is the sole point of contact for this RFP:

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be conducted by the Hertford County Board of Education on 3/22/23 at 701 N Martin St., Winton, NC 27986 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room. Only pre-qualified Energy Service Companies may respond to this request. Any questions or requests for additional information should be directed to the Issuing Officer identified above. Proposals will be opened on 5/12/23 at the Hertford County Board of Education 701 N Martin St., Winton, NC 27986 at 10:00 a.m. The Hertford County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The evaluation criteria for assessing the proposals are included in the RFP, to include qualifications, reputation, and technical approach.
