NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Having qualified on the 5 day of May, 2023 as Administrator of the Estate of Lois Ann Perkins Benton, deceased, late of Gates County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons, firms and corporations having claims against the decedent to exhibit the same to the undersigned Executor on or before the 18 day of August, 2023 or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery. All persons, firms and corporations indebted to the estate will please make immediate payment.
