NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The undersigned, having qualified as Administrator CTA of the Estate of Richard David Hicks, late of Northampton County, North Carolina, Estate File No. 21-E-280, wishes to notify all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against the estate to present them to the undersigned on or before December 28th, 2024, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.
All persons who are indebted to the estate, please make immediate payment to the undersigned.
