Having qualified as Administrator of Estate of Amelia Vann Howard of Hertford County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons having claims against said Estate of Amelia Vann Howard, to present them to the undersigned prior to December 27, 2024, or same will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.
