NORTHAMPTON COUNTY LOCAL GOVERNMENT
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Northampton County Board of Commissioners shall hold a public hearing on October 7, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the Board of Commissioners Meeting Room located at 128 E. Jefferson Street in Jackson, North Carolina, to receive and consider public comment on the proposed rezoning of a parcel of land approximately 1.64 acres in size, from a Light Industrial District (LI) to an Agricultural Residential District (AR). The parcel in question is bears County Tax Parcel No. 01-00900, is situated in Gaston Township fronting along the northeastern right of way of NC Highway 46 and is more particularly described in Plat Book 45, Page 175, Northampton County Registry.
