Having qualified as Executor of Estate of Carroll Douglas Lowe of Hertford County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons having claims against said Estate of Carroll Douglas Lowe, to present them to the undersigned prior to April 14, 2026, or same will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.
