THE UNDERSIGNED, John L. Ritter, having been appointed on February 11, 2026 as Permanent Receiver for DANIEL MCCOY MOSES, an Absentee pursuant to G.S. § 28C-10, et seq. in Northampton County Superior Court File 26CV000023-650, does hereby notify all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against DANIEL MCCOY MOSES that they must present them under oath to the undersigned at the Law Office of John L. Ritter, 1135 Seven Lakes Drive, Suite A, P. O. Box 934,West End, North Carolina 27376 on or before the 1st day of October, 2026, or such claims will be forever barred thereafter, and this Notice will be pleaded in bar of recovery.
