Having qualified as Executor of Estate of Mary Phillips Foreman of Hertford County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons having claims against said Estate of Mary Phillips Foreman, to present them to the undersigned prior to July 11, 2026, or same will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.
