NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Having qualified on the 15 day of October, 2025 as fiduciary of the Estate of John Carroll Schwab, Sr, deceased, late of Gates County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons, firms and corporations having claims against the decedent to exhibit the same to the undersigned Executor on or before the 16 day of September, 2026 or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery. All persons, firms and corporations indebted to the estate will please make immediate payment.
