NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The person listed below, having qualified as Executor of the Estate of Clayton Henry
Burgess, Jr., a/k/a Clayton Henry Burgess, hereby notifies all persons having claims against the
Estate of Clayton Henry Burgess, Jr., a/k/a Clayton Henry Burgess, to present them to the Executor
as listed below on or before the 17th day of September, 2026, or this Notice will be pleaded in bar
of recovery. All persons indebted to the estate or in possession of any property of the estate will
please make immediate payment or delivery to the Executor.
