NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Having qualified as Administrator of the Estate of Thomas Futrell, late of Northampton County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons, firms and corporations having claims against the decedent to present them to the undersigned on or before the 12th day of November, 2026, or this Notice will be pleaded in bar of recovery.
