NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Having qualified on the 30 day of July, 2026 as Co-Executor of the Estate of William Bonnie Umphlett, Jr., deceased, late of Gates County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons, firms and corporations having claims against the decedent to exhibit the same to the undersigned Executor on or before the 18 day of November, 2026 or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery. All persons, firms and corporations indebted to the estate will please make immediate payment.
