Having qualified as Executor of Estate of Thomas Melon Fennell of HERTFORD County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons having claims against said Estate of Thomas Melon Fennell, to present them to the undersigned prior to November 17, 2026, or same will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.
