This is an action concerning real property located at 147 Newsome Grove Road, Ahoskie, North Carolina 27910 (“Property”). Plaintiff seeks to conduct a judicial foreclosure on the Property. You have an interest in the Property as the intestate heir of Eleanor Melendez.

You are required to make defense to such pleading no later than October 26, 2026 and upon your failure to do so the party seeking service against you will apply to the court for the relief sought.
