NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Having qualified on the 1 day of October, 2026 as Co-Administrator of the Estate of Nettie Ruth Futrelle, deceased, late of Northampton County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons, firms and corporations having claims against the decedent to exhibit the same to the undersigned Co-Administrator on or before the 8 day of January, 2027 or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery. All persons, firms and corporations indebted to the estate will please make immediate payment.
