Having qualified as Administrator of Estate of Richard Lee Welbes of Hertford County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons having claims against said Estate of Richard Lee Welbes , to present them to the undersigned prior to January 17, 2027, or same will be pleaded in bar of their recovery. All persons indebted to said Estate please make immediate payment.
